Refund policy

Return Policy: 

Each product of Raman greens is handmade and packed with a lot of love and care. Just as you would like to receive fresh and hygienic products for your family and friends, so would all other customers, for this reason, we do not exchange or accept returns of our products. Wishing you and your family good health.

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage/broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification of the refund policy. 

Refund Policy:

  • Raman greens is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. 
  • An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made. 
  • In case of a package being tampered/damaged/defective kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
  • Contact the customer care team at +91 9109135330 if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made a post this period.
  • No Refunds will be accepted on Cash on Delivery Orders (COD).
  • We do not accept returns as opened boxes cannot be reused or resold.
  • If accepted, it may take your refund up to 45 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Raman greens.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders can be processed before their dispatch from the warehouses only. A Cancellation charge of 20% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.

We will not pay any interest on a Refund Amount

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from the warehouses and 20% will be deducted from the order value once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to Raman greens (prepaid orders).
